As Head of Procurement Market Unit – North America, you will support purchasing activities in the US and Canada while implementing effective procurement strategies. Your role includes leading cross-functional teams, guiding subsidiaries, and ensuring alignment with operational goals. You will also be accountable for key performance metrics such as total cost of ownership and supply security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ERP rollouts and process implementation
• Negotiate regional procurement demands effectively




• Ensure accurate data management in ERP systems
• Establish KPI metrics to track performance
• Monitor and improve local supplier performance

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement
• Experienced in SAP MM and other ERP systems
• Strategic thinker with solid negotiation abilities
• Demonstrated leadership excellence and communication skills
• Advantageous to be fluent in German or other languages
