This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage logistics for various events, from donor gatherings to strategic panels. Work from Washington, DC in a hybrid role or fully remotely from Ottawa, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and plan events with cross-functional advocacy teams
• Handle logistics for donor events, panels, and retreats
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts




• Oversee in office execution and communication with attendees
• Support research and outreach to potential partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in event coordination
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail
• Robust communication skills crossing teams and external partners
• Experience with event management software and tools
• Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada required
