and all reconciling items are resolved and recorded on a timely basis; Prepare quarterly working papers for the external audits; Perform other related duties as assigned.The Accountant, Operations Finance, will collaborate with other members of the Finance department and managers to facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting.Who you are:Post‑secondary education in Finance, Business, Commerce or related discipline.Chartered Professional Accounting Designation or working towards completion preferred.A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a general accounting position, including general ledger account reconciliation.Previous experience in long-term care or health care industries is considered an asset.Strong organization skills with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment, while upholding attention to detail.Ability to work effectively within a team workplace and independently in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Experience with Yardi Voyager accounting systems is considered an asset.What you need to know:Any offer of employment will be conditional upon a criminal background and references check.We will review applications as they are received.
