The Client Executive, Transportation, Waste & Recycling (TWR) will lead a service team and work closely with the National Practice Leader on strategy for clients in the Transportation, Waste and Recycling industry sector.Key AccountabilitiesAssist in the development and execution of the PRL Transportation, Waste and Recycling business strategyWorking closely with a service team to evaluate clients’ insurance requirements by analyzing their operations, risk exposures and coverage needsIdentify and approach suitable insurance carriers, presenting clients’ profiles to obtain competitive quotes tailored to their specific industry risksProvide clients with risk management advice, including recommendations on coverage options and policy limitsFacilitate the placement of insurance policies, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with regulatory standardsMaintain and strengthen relationships with clients, carriers and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging needsStay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes within the Transportation, Waste and Recycling industry to provide informed advice to clientsExperience RequirementsDegree in Business, Finance,



Insurance or experience equivalent would be an asset5-8 years of experience in insurance brokerage; focus on Transportation, Waste and Recycling industry sector would be an assetLicensed as Insurance Broker with RIBOCanadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB), Risk Management Certificate (CRM) and/or Chartered Insurance Skilled (CIP) designation are assetsIn-depth knowledge of insurance productsStrong analytical and negotiating skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple clients, policies and priorities effectivelyCompensationPurves Redmond Limited is committed to fair and transparent compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $140,000–$155,000. This range reflects the expected hiring range for the position and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit.
