About the Role We’re looking for a versatile, persistent product engineer who’s not afraid to set up reusable building blocks across the stack and advocate for the time and space to do so. As a Product Engineer at Ashby, you’ll own a large portion of a product and lead projects end‑to‑end—researching competitors, writing product specs, creating wireframes, and building and shipping features.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build automated interview scheduling, calculating times from a pool of interviewers and constraints and presenting them to candidates via our responsive web app.Build a generalized declarative filter architecture that allows users to create complex filters for any record, compiling them to SQL in our backend.Specced, designed, and implemented a feature to allow users to complete signing offers entirely within Ashby, from customer research through integration into other features.Own end‑to‑end product development,
