Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for social behavior improvement
• Implement and monitor behavior management programs
• Collaborate with support services and educators




• Work one-on-one with students to reinforce goals
• Organize recreational and educational programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences or equivalent
• Over one year of experience with behavioral disorders
• Valid B.C. Class 5 driver's license
• Skills in crisis intervention and communication
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
