The Site Reliability

Developer 1 position at Vena is a full time chance that allows for remote flexibility or working from our Toronto office. You'll join a energetic team dedicated to building highly scalable services while focusing on observability, stability, and security within Vena's SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities:
Implement key components of ITIL, such as problem management
Document operational processes and procedures
Manage operational requests from application support teams
Ensure system health and monitor service performance
Identify root causes and propose improvements Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 2 years of IT Operations or DevOps experience
Knowledge of AWS and cloud service infrastructures
Capable of coding in various languages for real-world applications
