Location: Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Requirements
2+ years of qualified UX Design experience.
Portfolio is mandatory — candidates without one will not be considered.
Experience designing Machine Vision, AI-enabled, automation, or other complex technical applications strongly preferred.
Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools.
Experience with Figma Make and Claude.
Robust knowledge of user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
Valuable understanding of web/mobile technologies and development limitations.
Bachelor’s degree or certificate in HCI, Design, UX/UI, or equivalent.

Responsibilities




Gather user needs and translate them into UX concepts and prototypes.
Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI specifications.
Work with Product Managers, Program Managers, designers, and engineering teams.
Support the UX design process from research through final execution.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.

Nice to Have
Experience with Machine Vision applications.
Experience designing AI-powered applications where AI is part of the product.
Experience with automation systems or enterprise technology.
Familiarity with GenAI technologies.
