Our client has an immediate opportunity for Electricians to join their team.
Wage: $42/hr
Shift: Day and Afternoons Shift available
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Sawmill Electrical Supervisor, you are required to safely perform quality work within the scope of the trade as it pertains to.
Ensure that all site electrical systems are maintained in valuable working order in an effort to maximize the efficiency of mill equipment.
Installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electric motors, scanners, drives, sensors, and PLC’s on equipment used in the sawmill process.
Responsible for the secure maintenance and repair of all electrical equipment.
Assist mechanical repairs as needed.
Preparation of equipment for upgrades.
Assist production personnel with any electrical problems.
Ability to function well under pressure.
Qualifications Commitment to working safely coupled with robust communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Previous experience as an Electrician is required.
Flexible schedule to meet the production requirements of the site.
Knowledge and experience in manufacturing operations.
