Reporting to the Production & Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining CNC machines that produce crucial tire components. Your proficiency with 3 axis vertical CNC mills and precision measuring instruments will ensure every part meets our high-quality standards. Additionally, you will assist with tasks during slower periods across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up CNC machines following work orders
• Operate and monitor machine tools effectively




• Conduct quality checks using measuring tools
• Regularly maintain and clean machinery
• Communicate effectively within the production team

Requirements:
• Minimum three years' experience in machining
• Vocational training in machining practices
• Valuable math and computer skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Forklift operation knowledge is a plus
