and coordinate maintenance activitiesConduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify issuesRespond promptly to maintenance requests to prevent delaysPerform hands‑on maintenance and repairs when requiredManage inventory, equipment, tools, and suppliesSet up equipment, tools, and supplies for repairs and maintenanceEnsure proper storage and timely procurement of equipment, tools, and suppliesCoordinate and prepare schedules with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for outsourced workAssist with cost estimation and resource planning for maintenance projectsEstimate costs and materials required for repairsMonitor facility systems and energy usage, recommending improvements to increase efficiencyEnsure compliance with workplace safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and follow-ups, and prepare reports for managementBrief management on operational or facility issues and provide practical solutionsQualifications and Skills:Must be able to communicate in EnglishSecondary (high) school graduation certificate2 years to less than 3 years of related work experiencePersonal suitability: Excellent oral communication; Organized; Reliability; Team player#J-18808-Ljbffr
