As our Appliance Technician, your main focus is to diagnose, repair, and maintain appliances across our residential properties. You will help ensure appliances are safe, functional, and properly maintained, contributing to a positive living experience for our residents.ResponsibilitiesDiagnosing and repairing residential appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.Completing appliance-related maintenance requests and work orders in occupied and vacant units.Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on appliances as required.Installing and replacing appliances in residential units.Identifying appliance issues and determining appropriate repair or replacement solutions.Maintaining accurate records of completed repairs and required parts.Ensuring all appliance repairs and installations are completed safely and to a high standard.Following all applicable health and safety procedures while completing assigned duties.Completing other related duties within the scope of the role.Qualifications/RequirementsPrevious experience in appliance repair, maintenance, or a similar role is considered an asset.Working knowledge of diagnosing and repairing common residential appliances.Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage assigned responsibilities.Must have a valid driver's licence.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
