This is an in office role (Air Ronge, Saskatchewan) and isnotoffered as a remote or hybrid position.The Manager, People and Culture is an out-of-scope, management position reporting to the Director, People and Culture. The Manager oversees the delivery of day-to-day department operations and provides leadership across the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, labour and employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, job evaluation, and policy implementation.
The Manager ensures compliance with legislation and collective agreements, and builds People and Culture capacity across the organization.
