Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety compliance and conduct site inspections
• Lead, motivate, and develop the operational team
• Oversee accurate and timely completion of operational documentation




• Support training programs for current and current employees
• Coordinate maintenance for vehicles and equipment

Requirements:
• Three years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Class 3 driver’s license necessary
• Experience in waste management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid organization and time management abilities
