This permanent, full-time role within the Information Technology Division requires exceptional organizational abilities. As a QA Workplace Analyst, you will manage lifecycles of non-production environments, coordinate scheduling, and ensure readiness for testing. Solid analytical skills and relationship management are crucial to facilitate communication across teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage non-production environments' lifecycle planning and scheduling
• Maintain master calendars for provisioning and planned downtime




• Coordinate creation and maintenance of test data and accounts
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
• Facilitate go/no-go discussions for release readiness

Requirements:
