The Undergraduate Program
Coordinator plays a critical role in student services at UBC, advising students on complex academic queries and guiding them through the admissions process. With considerable autonomy, you will report to the Graduate Program Manager and contribute to various departmental events and initiatives that promote academic engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Assist students and faculty with inquiries in person and remotely
Manage admissions for Honours and Directed Studies
Provide avenues for academic advisement and course registration support
Maintain student records and monitor academic progress
Organize promotional activities for undergraduate programs Requirements:
Background in academic advising or student services
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
