You will report to the Manager of Graduate Studies and provide operational oversight at the Gordon S Lang School of Business and Economics. In this role, you will ensure that admissions processes are consistently managed, supporting students and faculty alike. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the management of graduate admissions processes
• Liaise with key University offices and departments
• Supervise and mentor Graduate Program Specialists




• Monitor program milestones and student records
• Lead quality assurance and accreditation support efforts

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree; Master’s preferred
• Three years relevant experience in graduate programs
• Demonstrated effective prioritization and judgement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce platforms
• Familiarity with academic systems like Colleague advantageous
