Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of Intermediate Bodily Injury Claims
• Investigate claims to determine liability and settlements
• Engage stakeholders, including underwriting and leadership




• Attend mediations and settlement initiatives
• Settle claims directly with Plaintiff's Counsel

Requirements:
• University degree or CIP designation necessary
• Minimum 3 years of claims handling experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
• Dependable with strong interpersonal skills
