Key Responsibilities: Administer medications using Catalyst (eMAR) .
Order medications through Catalyst or by phone.
Perform comprehensive headtotoe assessments .
Communicate with the General Practitioner via phone or fax.
Observe, document, and report patient conditions, including signs and symptoms, to the appropriate medical qualified.
Provide basic wound care and dressing changes.
Respond effectively to behavioral needs .
Administer injections as required.
