Join Hootsuite as a Summer 2026 Co-op in IT Operations based in Vancouver, BC. Contribute to hardware deployment, Helpdesk solutions, and AV setups starting September 12th. This role is on-site for four months, offering opportunities to work closely with the Global IT team. You’ll gain experience in technical problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration in a vibrant tech workplace, tailored for learning while serving a global user base. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with laptop deployment for end-users
Manage configurations for offboarded MacBooks
Install and maintain office hardware solutions
Track and update the hardware asset management
Document resolutions and procedures in the ticket system Requirements:
Proficient in troubleshooting Mac and Windows devices
Familiarity with AV meeting room technology
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Willingness to learn and develop recent IT skills
Solid problem-solving and teamwork capabilities Experience IT operations hands-on and grow with Hootsuite’s dedicated team.
