As an Injection Molding Subject Matter Expert at KSR, you will bring 5+ years of experience in high-volume automotive environments to enhance the manufacturing process. Engage in supporting current product launches through continuous improvement and optimization strategies that drive efficiency and minimize waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in tooling validity and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize injection molding workflows
• Establish production standards and parameter settings




• Lead mold trials and support equipment validation efforts
• Document manufacturing processes and work instructions
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
• In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes
• Experience in leading product launches and troubleshooting
• Solid skills in process documentation and standardization
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical partners
