Job Title: Journeyman PlumberJob DescriptionAs a Journeyman Plumber, you will focus primarily on completing tenant improvements in existing commercial buildings. Your role will include tasks such as tearing down, refurbishing, or installing new equipment for kitchenettes, kitchens, showers, washrooms, sinks, and toilets. You will also be responsible for removing and installing new piping systems, including cast iron, copper, and stainless materials, as well as domestic water and vent stacks. This position requires full-scope plumbing expertise from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints to ensure proper installation of new equipment.Run small to medium-sized projects, managing a crew of laborers and apprentices as needed.Complete full-scope plumbing tasks, including drainage, heating, rough-in, and finishing.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in a commercial, institutional, or high-rise setting.At least 1 year of lead experience running commercial T.I. projects.Red Seal Plumber certification for permitting and sign-off purposes.Proficiency in plumbing tasks such as drainage, heating, rough-in, and finishing.Ability to read blueprints and install equipment accurately.Additional Skills & QualificationsPossession of a gas ticket is advantageous.Additional years of experience in the field are a plus.Strong communication skills, initiative, eagerness to learn, pride in work, and reliability.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic 'work hard, play hard' culture with access to exciting company events like golf tournaments,
