The District of Saanich is seeking a Strategic Projects Manager to lead high‑visibility engineering initiatives. You will manage projects from planning through implementation using established PM practices, guiding scope, budgets, schedules and risk, and presenting to senior leaders and Council.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will coordinate with staff, consultants, and other departments, overseeing procurement and contracts while promoting transparent communication and disciplined delivery.
