Position: Gardening & Maintenance Foreman What We Offer 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
No weekend or statutory holiday work
Weekly team BBQs and company events
Opportunities for growth opportunities and advancement
Company truck available for qualified foremen
Responsibilities Lead a small crew on gardening and landscape maintenance projects
Perform lawn care, planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance
Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
Provide excellent service to our clients
Qualifications At least 1 year of landscaping or gardening experience
Solid knowledge of lawn and garden maintenance
Leadership experience or the ability to lead a small crew
Valid driver's license
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
