Become a key part of the City of Brandon's transit team as a full time Transit Customer Service Operator. Ensure protected transport and exceptional service for passengers along established routes.

This permanent position is 40 hours per week, with shifts and weekends included. As a Transit Customer Service Operator, you will transport passengers, ensure correct fare collection, and assist with route information. You'll also be responsible for operating specialized transit vehicles, ensuring safety, and maintaining public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transport passengers according to scheduled timetables
• Collect fares and issue transfers as required
• Provide information on routes and transit services




• Operate the Brandon Access Transit Bus for special needs
• Maintain records for transit operations and statistics

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Valid Class 5 Manitoba Drivers License; Class 2 preferred
• Minimum two years of driving experience
• Notable customer service experience required
• Transparent Criminal Record Check and Drivers Abstract needed
