Suncor is inviting applications for a Health and Wellness Advisor in its Calgary office. This role will require at least five years of experience in disability management, particularly with short-term claims. You will play a key role in facilitating employee recovery and ensuring a smooth return-to-work process by working closely with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adjudicate short-term disability claims following Suncor practices
• Communicate employee fitness and work limitations
• Arrange medical interventions for employee recovery
• Create effective return-to-work strategies




• Inform stakeholders about disability program roles and impacts

Requirements:
• 5+ years of claims or disability management experience
• Knowledge of STD plans and relevant legislation
• Bachelor’s Degree in medical or human sciences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Cority is advantageous
• Robust critical thinking and communication skills
