We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts for an electronics organization in Toronto, Ontario.

This Long-term Contract position is well suited to someone with early-career recruiting experience who enjoys coordinating hiring activities, engaging with candidates, and keeping recruitment processes organized.

The successful candidate will contribute to full-cycle hiring and onboarding support while working closely with internal stakeholders to help meet ongoing staffing needs.

Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment activities from job posting through offer stage, ensuring each step of the hiring process moves forward efficiently.

Source, screen, and schedule candidates for a variety of openings while maintaining an attentive and responsive candidate experience.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, align on selection criteria, and support timely staffing decisions.





Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records within HR and applicant tracking systems, including platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting tools.

Assist with onboarding preparation by organizing documentation, coordinating pre-employment steps, and supporting current employee setup.

Monitor job advertisements across relevant channels, including external career platforms, and help improve posting visibility for open positions.

Support administrative tasks related to human resources and recruiting, including correspondence, interview logistics, and reporting.

Contribute to process improvements and assist with recruiting-related system or workflow updates when required.
