Join the First Nations Financial Management Board (FMB) as a Training Developer, where you'll create essential learning resources for First Nations governance. Develop training materials and practical resources
Engage employees through workshops and blended learning
Understand and assess specific learning requirements
Maintain accurate records of training activities
Implement feedback for continuous program improvement Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or similar
Three years of experience in designing learning programs
In-depth understanding of adult learning methodology
Familiarity with digital tools, particularly AI
