Reporting to the Setting Team Leader, you will engage in fieldwork and laboratory projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
This position calls for a Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience in environmental practices. Your expertise will aid in areas like wildlife monitoring and water sampling, necessitating travel and hands-on work in variable weather conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in regulatory compliance and monitoring efforts
Conduct field sampling for aquatic effects programs
Maintain and calibrate environmental monitoring equipment
Document and manage field data and quality control
Collaborate with various departments for project success Requirements:
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering
Minimum three years in related roles
Solid knowledge of environmental regulations
Experience in mining environments and northern Canada an asset
