- Measure and analyze the performance and productivity standards of workshop and field technicians based on the department’s annual objectives
- Maintain top-quality after-sales service for both internal and external customers




- Serve customers with enthusiasm and address their needs by conducting various research tasks
- Periodically visit customers to maintain positive business relationships and stay informed of their challenges and needs
- Comply with occupational health and safety standards and policies at all times. Monthly and annual bonus plan based on department performance
