Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, capital assets, and treasury functions.

Oversee preparation of the financial statements.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related clinical discipline.

CPA designation.

Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in complex health systems, with direct oversight of budgeting and financial services.

Demonstrated success in strategic planning, capital projects, and technology implementation.

Strong knowledge of accounting guidelines, accreditation standards and regulatory frameworks.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Proven ability to lead teams through change and foster continuous improvement.

Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams.

Experience in Clinical Informatics, qualified practice and/or project management.

Demonstrated use of theory and research/evidence-based outcomes in practice.
