Join Aplin as the Director of Legal Talent Development, leading recruitment and engagement initiatives for associates within the Dispute Department. In this impactful role, you will partner with Practice Group Leaders to enhance recruitment and career advancements for law associates and students. Candidates should possess a JD or Bachelor’s in Law and experience in law firms, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Your ability to manage projects and build robust stakeholder relationships will be vital. Spearhead recruitment and retention for law associates

- Oversee multiple projects with excellent time management
- JD or Bachelor’s degree in Law
- At least 5 years of law firm experience
- Interest or experience in legal talent management
