Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job DescriptionTechnical SkillsDynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service – Must) and knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products.Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.Design components in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment with good technical expertise in middleware tools (preferably Mulesoft).Dynamics 365 in Online & On-Premise implementations and environments and prior versions.Provide highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 integration architecture on Azure.Hands‑on experience in C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit & SSRS.Subject‑matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration patterns to functional usage.Experience in MS CRM & 3rd party integration using Middleware Tools/APIs (REST, OData WebAPI, SSIS packages).Experience using Azure services for integration (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, PCF controls, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream/downstream system integrations).Experience in data migration – data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and third‑party tools, preferable experience in Azure Data Factory.Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge of Power BI.Good to have knowledge of the latest features of Dynamics 365 platform (Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice, etc.).Experience in effective management of cloud platform resources and good understanding of security models and connectivity for CRM systems.Technical expertise in setting up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools.Experience in driving information management strategy, design and deployment on cloud platforms, preferably on Web Services global infrastructure and services.Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with CCaaS platforms like Genesys, NICE, or Talk Desk.Exposure to HealthCare Payor/Provider preferred.Delivery and Leadership SkillsLead technical workshops to work with business and technology partners on requirements to design and develop architecture solutions.Good problem‑solving and analytical skills.Ability to think independently and be solution driven.Accountable for solution delivery and technical leadership.Lead technical efforts for pre‑sales engagements and contribute to building niche solutions/POC’s.Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations/implementations.Experience with Agile methodologies.Good to Have CertificationsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 for SalesMicrosoft Dynamics 365 for ServiceMicrosoft Dynamics 365 for CustomizationsAzure Integration ServicesCompensationThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 96366 – 150000.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay‑transparency laws.
