Job OverviewAdvisor Service Center Representative at Fidelity Investments Canada. Works on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams, and investors in an inbound contact centre.Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their short‑term and long‑term investment strategies.Represent Fidelity by answering client requests for information and directing them to the appropriate department when required on a timely basis.All roles require working rotating shifts – Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm EST.QualificationsCollege diploma required (recent graduates encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience.Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is an asset.Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.Strong desire to learn and grow.Thrive in a workplace culture that promotes collaboration, diversity and belonging.Flexible and adaptable.Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve client problems.Embrace new technologies.Detail oriented.Current work authorization for Canada required.BenefitsExtensive training, resources and support from day one covering mutual funds, ETFs,
