and step ‑ by ‑ step guides—and supporting the ongoing improvement of existing e ‑ learning materials.You’llalsohave the opportunity tocontribute to the development of recent e ‑ learning products and build hands‑on skills in visual and digital learning design.WHAT YOU’LL DOYou’llcontribute to customer support and learning initiativesby:Creating visual e-learning and digital learning content that explains systems and processesProducing digital learning assets such as screen recordings, short instructional videos, annotated images, and step ‑ by ‑ step guidesEditing and refining content (e.G., trimming recordings, adding captions or visual callouts)Organizing and maintaining libraries of images, graphics, videos, and screen capturesCollaborating with team members to ensure content is accurate, clear, and learner ‑ friendlyUpdating resources when systems or processes changeYouwon’tjust beobserving—you’llbe actively contributing to real e ‑ learning products and gaining hands ‑ on experience in digital learning design.THIS POSITION MAYBE A GREAT FIT IF YOU’RE:Enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a post‑secondary program related to Education or Instructional Design, Communications, Graphic Design,
