Job DescriptionAs our Senior Human Resources & Labour Relations Generalist, you will build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization. Through partnering with employees, union members, and leaders, you will provide guidance on a broad range of human resources and labour relations matters. Priorities include supporting recruitment across technical, unionized, and professional roles, providing support to the Payroll Specialist and Human Resources Specialist and contributing to key committees and business initiatives. You will coach on employee and labour relations matters including employee development, performance management, interpretation of our collective agreement, and managing the grievance process.
