The candidate will also have a strong history of working with a variety of programs and grades, and a proven record of exemplary relationships with students, staff, district‑level administration, and parents. The candidate must have significant experience managing administrative teams with budgets and successful staffing and collective agreement management in a multi‑union environment. The candidate will also demonstrate an ability to assist and lead staff into the next phase of education in British Columbia, with a transparent understanding of the new curriculum.QualificationsPossession of a valid B.C.
