Salary RangePRINCIPAL VICE PRINCIPALElementary $152,847 - $161,499 $134,076 - $141,667Middle $157,173 - $165,825 $137,872 - $145,461Secondary $161,499 - $170,152 $141,667 - $149,255ResponsibilitiesThe awarded candidate must have leadership and/or administration experience in their school and/or in the District. The candidate will also have a strong history of working with a variety of programs and grades, and a proven record of exemplary relationships with students, staff, district‑level administration, and parents. The candidate must have significant experience managing administrative teams with budgets and successful staffing and collective agreement management in a multi‑union environment. The candidate will also demonstrate an ability to assist and lead staff into the next phase of education in British Columbia, with a transparent understanding of the new curriculum.QualificationsPossession of a valid B.C. Professional Teaching Certificate, through the BC Ministry of Education (with fees paid to the TRB until June 2025) – proof of such must be providedCompletion of a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership or related graduate degreeClass 5 B.C.
