and intercompany transactionsMaintain organized vendor files and ensure documentation meets internal and external requirementsReview details of invoices for reasonableness and completeness of documentationGenerate EFT, wire and cheque payments, monitor discount opportunities, verify federal ID numbers, resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentationProcess invoices and staff expenses ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to company policiesReconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve any discrepanciesMonitor accounts payable to ensure that payments are up to date and on timeAssist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to accounts payableCollaborate with internal departments to obtain approvals and resolve outstanding AP issuesRespond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining solid working relationshipsSupport continuous improvement of AP processes and workflowsAssist with ad‑hoc tasks as required to support the finance and project teamsKontaktSejal Rajani, People & Culture Recruiter#J-18808-Ljbffr
