About Us:

Touhenboku Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant dedicated to serving authentic, high-quality ramen in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as servers.

Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and beverages to tables
Answer menu questions and make recommendations
Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and organized
Process payments (cash, debit, credit)
Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
Must speak English (Japanese or Chinese speaking is preferred)
Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset, but not required




Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Versatile availability (evenings and weekends preferred)
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
