As a pivotal member of the Business Intelligence and Member/Client Analytics Department, you will be responsible for managing the production portfolio and identifying optimization areas. Your expertise will guide the development of dashboards and indicators critical for internal operations while collaborating with developers to implement cutting-edge solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the department’s production portfolio management
• Develop capacity for managing production flows and indicators
• Facilitate dashboard and indicator updates for internal use
• Create reports using database management systems
• Conduct impact analyses for various projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least four years of experience in analytics
• French language proficiency is required
• Solid skills in SAS and SQL programming
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI visualization
