This role entails planning, executing, and assessing various children’s services under the guidance of the Manager of Programs & Services. You will play a key part in supporting both community engagement and operational objectives while leading a team of part time staff to provide effective programming for youth.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead program development and administrative tasks for youth • Support management in evaluating program effectiveness • Train and supervise staff for children's services • Oversee program data and registration for reporting • Engage with children and families in community initiatives

Requirements: • College diploma in Child & Youth Work or related field • 2+ years of experience in social recreational programs • Knowledge of behavior management techniques • Excellent verbal and written communication • Commitment to inclusivity and community engagement
