Your role will focus on optimizing short-term disability processes for employee support. Suncor is inviting applications for a Health and Wellness Advisor in its Calgary office. This role will require at least five years of experience in disability management, particularly with short-term claims. You will play a key role in facilitating employee recovery and ensuring a smooth return-to-work process by working closely with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Adjudicate short-term disability claims following Suncor practices
- Communicate employee fitness and work limitations
- Arrange medical interventions for employee recovery




- Create effective return-to-work strategies
- Inform stakeholders about disability program roles and impacts Requirements:
- 5+ years of claims or disability management experience
- Knowledge of STD plans and relevant legislation
- Bachelor’s Degree in medical or human sciences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Cority is advantageous
