Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dozer Operator to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will operate heavy-duty bulldozers to prepare and maintain construction sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision. Responsibilities

- Operate dozers (bulldozers) with precision to level, grade, and excavate land according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other heavy equipment operators to coordinate site activities efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of the dozer to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained.
- Assist with the setup of construction sites by clearing debris, grading surfaces, and preparing foundations for subsequent work.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and site activities for reporting purposes.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work setting.




- Support other heavy machinery operations such as loaders, excavators, graders, backhoes, and paving equipment as needed.

Skills

- Proven experience operating dozers (bulldozers), preferably Caterpillar or similar heavy machinery brands.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues quickly on-site.
- Ability to operate related machinery including loaders, backhoes, graders, excavators, and horizontal drilling equipment.
- Knowledge of construction processes and site preparation techniques.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent for transporting equipment or materials when required.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment safety standards and best practices.
- Basic understanding of paving operations and grading principles for precise land leveling.
