Valid Commercial

Driver’s License (DZ or AZ) with a clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR.

Driving Experience: Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (or completion of an accredited truck driving school program). Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy commercial collection vehicles and hydraulic packer systems.



Strong attendance record and flexibility to support early morning start schedules and operational overtime when needed.

Safe Fleet Operation : Safely operate a Manual Side Loader truck along assigned residential routes.

Safety Inspections : Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily and complete required trip logs and paperwork.

Curbside Collection : Collect residential waste and recycling materials in strict accordance with route schedules and corporate safety protocols. Skillfully operate hydraulic and compaction systems using proper techniques to prevent equipment damage. Promptly report any mechanical write-ups, route hazards, or safety incidents to management.

Service Quality : Maintain high route productivity, customer service standards, and vehicle cleanliness.

Regulatory Compliance : Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, municipal bylaws, company safety policies, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.
