Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere where children feel safe to explore and express themselves freely.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities.
- Engage in caregiving activities such as feeding, diapering, and assisting with personal hygiene routines.
- Observe and document each child's progress, sharing insights with families and team members to support ongoing development.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom setting that encourages independence and curiosity.




- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that align with early childhood education standards and best practices.

Experience

- Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
- Classroom experience demonstrating ability to manage group activities and individual needs effectively.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued.
- Strong background in teaching foundational skills across various domains of early childhood development.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including developmental milestones and age-specific strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes equity.
