Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves educating children, developing lesson plans, and creating an inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the diverse needs of all students.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in various domains including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation, exploration, and discovery.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster robust relationships and support student learning.
- Utilize effective time management skills to balance instructional time with classroom activities.
- Assess and document children's progress through observations, assessments, and written reports.
- Provide support for children with special education needs by adapting lessons and activities as necessary.




- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes health and well-being.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a classroom setting with young children is highly desirable.
- Bilingual skills are a plus; ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Time management skills to efficiently plan lessons and manage classroom activities.
- Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and the development of young minds.
