You will influence reliability, safety, and performance through maintenance strategies, outage planning, equipment evaluations, and capital improvement initiatives. and major maintenance scopes and budgetsTroubleshoot mechanical equipment issues and recommend reliability solutionsLead mechanical and cross disciplinary engineering projectsPrepare technical scopes, bid documents, and procurement evaluationsOversee contractors to ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality complianceAnalyze vibration, oil, and condition monitoring data for corrective actionsApply engineering codes, standards, and best practices to plant modificationsRequirements:Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringMaintain P.Eng. registration or eligibility through interprovincial mobilityBring 4–6+ years of experience in power generation or heavy industrial environmentsDemonstrate hands on experience with plant operations and troubleshootingShow strong knowledge of maintenance planning and outage executionInterpret engineering drawings, P&IDs;, and technical specificationsConduct equipment failure investigations and root cause analysisTravel up to 30% to field locations with a valid Class 5 license#J-18808-Ljbffr
