You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate complex policies, workflows, and business outcomes into structured, testable requirements that support identity-enabled digital services.This role requires deep experience inIAM domainssuch as authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and interoperability within secure environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopclear, detailed, and testable acceptance criteriafor a high volume of user stories (~900)Translate business needs, policies, and standards intostructured requirements and functional specificationsAnalyze and decompose complex workflows intoprocess flows, system behaviors, and business rulesDefine and managedata requirements, including data elements, structures, and end-to-end data flowsCollaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams,
and integrators to ensurealignment and traceabilityLeadrequirements workshops and discovery sessionswith diverse stakeholder groupsRefine and manageproduct backlogsusing Agile methodologies and toolsEnsure all requirements arevalidated, approved, and implementation-readySupport documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder walkthroughs throughout the engagementMust-Have Qualifications7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including senior-level roles on complex digital initiativesProven expertise in developingtestable requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteriain Agile environmentsStrong experience withdata analysis and data requirement definition(data structures, flows, interoperability)Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)for backlog management, user stories, and traceabilityExperience working withindigital identity / IAM domains(authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, etc.)Demonstrated ability toanalyze and document complex functional requirements independentlyStrong facilitation skills with experience leadingmulti-stakeholder sessionsExcellent written communication skills with a focus onclarity and precisionNice-to-Have SkillsKnowledge of identity standards such asOIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, NIST 800-63Experience inhealthcare or public sector environmentsFamiliarity withprivacy, security, and governance frameworksExperience working withsolution integrators or large vendor teamsProficiency with tools such asConfluence, Visio, Miro/Lucid, ExcelComprehensive acceptance criteria documentation across all assigned user storiesStructured business and data requirements aligned to system capabilitiesKnowledge transfer artifacts and documentation for internal teamsParticipation in walkthroughs, demos, and validation sessionsAdditional RequirementsMust workwithin Ontario(systems access restricted outside province)Interested?#J-18808-Ljbffr
