This full time permanent role focuses on fostering collaboration between various teams while enhancing the maturity of operational risk programs. You will provide leadership in enterprise risk management and help translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions. Engage with stakeholders to build effective risk frameworks and reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of enterprise governance frameworks • Strengthen oversight practices for risk management • Provide advisories to governance committees and boards • Manage regulatory engagement and compliance evaluations • Build partnerships to improve risk transparency
Requirements: • Extensive experience in operational risk management • Proven track record in regulatory compliance • Expertise in governance and transformation practices • Robust influencing and communication skills • Relevant degree and qualified certifications preferred
