Your role involves efficiently managing customer orders via telephone, fax, and email while providing insights on product availability and pricing. Establish lasting relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with the Outside Sales team to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process customer orders efficiently
• Input data to maintain accurate records

• Monitor inventory levels and adjust accordingly

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant field
• Minimum two years of sales/customer service experience
